Benvenuti a Gravedona, situata su una piccola insenatura ai piedi di verdeggianti rilievi, il paese di Gravedona è uno dei centri storico-religiosi più importanti dell’Alto Lario nonchè rinomata località turistica.
Per la sua bellezza nei tempi andati veniva chiamata “piccola Parigi” e infatti il raffinato lungolago ,ristrutturato di recente, non delude certo le aspettative, con la vista del Palazzo Gallio che lo conclude.
Gravedona offre tranquillità, bellezza, buon cibo e inoltre sono innumerevoli le attività outdoor praticabili, a partire dall’attrezzato lido comunale e dalle sue spiagge.

Il centro storico è caratterizzato da stretti vicoli, scalinate ripide e case antiche appoggiate le une alle altre. L’importanza religiosa del paese è dimostrata dalle sue magnifiche chiese: Santa Maria del Tiglio, San Vincenzo, Santa Maria delle Grazie e SS. Gusmeo e Matteo.

Nei dintorni si trovano le caratteristiche località di Domaso, Dongo, Peglio, Naro e Livo, oltre che alcuni percorsi per le escursioni montane.
Un po piu distanti ma di sicuro interesse e bellezza Menaggio, Tremezzo, Cadenabbia e Bellagio.
Da non perdere anche la città di Como, magari con una gita in battello.

Welcome to Gravedona, located on a small inlet at the foot of verdant hills, the town of Gravedona is one of the most important historical-religious centers of the Alto Lario region as well as a renowned tourist destination.
Because of its beauty in the past it was called “little Paris” and in fact the refined lakefront, recently renovated, certainly does not disappoint the expectations, with the view of Palazzo Gallio that concludes it.
Gravedona offers tranquility, beauty, good food and there are countless outdoor activities that can be practiced, starting from the equipped beach club and its beaches.

The historic center is characterized by narrow alleys, steep staircases and ancient houses leaning against each other. The religious importance of the village is demonstrated by its magnificent churches: Santa Maria del Tiglio, San Vincenzo, Santa Maria delle Grazie and SS. Gusmeo and Matteo.

Nearby are the characteristic towns of Domaso, Dongo, Peglio, Naro and Livo, as well as some routes for mountain excursions.
A little more distant but of certain interest and beauty Menaggio, Tremezzo, Cadenabbia and Bellagio.
Do not miss the city of Como, perhaps with a boat trip.

Willkommen in Gravedona, an einer kleinen Bucht am Fuße der grünen Hügel gelegen, ist Gravedona eines der wichtigsten historisch-religiösen Zentren der Alto Lario Region und ein bekanntes Touristenziel.
Aufgrund seiner Schönheit in der Vergangenheit wurde es “kleines Paris” genannt und in der Tat, das kürzlich renovierte, raffinierte Seeufer, enttäuscht die Erwartungen nicht, mit dem Blick auf den Palazzo Gallio, der es abschließt.
Gravedona bietet Ruhe, Schönheit, gutes Essen und es gibt unzählige Aktivitäten im Freien, die vom ausgestatteten Beach Club und seinen Stränden aus ausgeübt werden können.

Das historische Zentrum zeichnet sich durch enge Gassen, steile Treppen und aneinandergelehnte alte Häuser aus. Die religiöse Bedeutung des Dorfes zeigt sich in den herrlichen Kirchen Santa Maria del Tiglio, San Vincenzo, Santa Maria delle Grazie und SS. Gusmeo und Matteo.

In der Nähe befinden sich die charakteristischen Städte Domaso, Dongo, Peglio, Naro und Livo, sowie einige Routen für Bergausflüge.
Ein wenig weiter entfernt, aber von gewissem Interesse und Schönheit Menaggio, Tremezzo, Cadenabbia und Bellagio.
